Ritz Vouchers

As soon as you place your order, your chosen gift voucher (usually valid for 12 months from date of purchase) and gift box, will be despatched to you (or the recipient), together with instructions on how to make a reservation.

Delivery

Royal Mail First Class Post, usual delivery time is 1-3 working days. Please note that, unfortunately, we must wait up to 15 working days (or 25 working days for overseas deliveries) before we are able to refund or replace items missing in transit. For us to investigate further, you must advise us of non-receipt of your gift voucher within 21 days from the purchase date.

All experience gift boxes are despatched under plain cover, on the day you order if we receive your order before 2pm for standard delivery, or by 12 (noon) for Special Delivery within the UK. Please note that if you place your order after these times on Friday, it will not be despatched from our office until Monday. Please remember to allow extra time for deliveries around special occasions such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s and Father’s Day.

Recorded Delivery - available for delivery within 1-3 working days, but remember someone should be in to sign for it on the day. These orders must be received before 2pm.

Next Day Delivery - available within the UK for next working day delivery but remember someone should be in to sign for it on the day. These orders must be received before 12 (noon).

Gift vouchers can be sent to you or directly to your recipient. Please note we cannot despatch your gift voucher until payment has been received and verified.
